Incentive Planning

INCENTIVE TRAVEL PROGRAMS:

The one thing that should not be forgotten when planning and incentive program is that it is an incentive. Nothing should be left to chance and every attendee should be a VIP.

OnSite Events understands this and we work with clients to reenergize their incentive programs.

No more boring trips, to boring places, with boring activities. Regardless of budgets, number of attendees or amount of time, Incentive programs should be more than a trip, they should be an experience.

Whether jet skiing in Cabo, Hiking in Hawaii, hitting the slopes in Aspen,  or simply strolling the streets of Boston, your attendees should feel like rock stars. These are the people that have taken your company to new heights and you want to show them what that means to your organization.

From the initial consultation, your OnSite Events project team works to ensure that your superstars experience an unforgettable program that will send them back to the office ready to succeed and build a new future for not only themselves, but for your company.

Back to what we do

The old programs were getting boring and did not have the feel we were looking for in rewarding our valued employees. After the first meeting with onsite events, inc. it was clear that they had the vision that we were looking for and understood what we had forgotten, an incentive should be about the people.

Cancun was wonderful, right down to the last detail. We are looking forward to Whistler in 2008 and the Bahamas in 09'.
